Hi everyone,
Just to let you guys know due to the work on the roof from the 24th-28th the stills
won't be operational for that week. A new run literally just finished an hour ago, so
there are 2 bottles of nitric upstairs (just brought a new one downstairs), and 2 bottles
of HCL. I won't be able to run the stills until the 3rd of March, and that will take
another 4 days to complete the run. Please take that into consideration for your upcoming
procedures, the new HCL bottle I brought down yesterday afternoon is nearly empty so make
sure the 2 bottles upstairs will be enough for your work 🙂
This isn't related to the AHU but some of you might have noticed I changed the labels
on the bottles to be colour-coded. Single distilled is now green, double distilled is
yellow, and HF remains red. This is to avoid confusion if in the future double
distillation is done upstairs 🙂
Thanks everyone! Have a good one 🙂
Cheers,
Sofiya
