Hi everyone, Hope everyone is doing alright! Apologies for the confusion yesterday, I came a bit late and missed the original question. I've just spoken to Lindsey about the training log, to clear any confusion old training dates will be erased since we have no way of checking in the past when people were trained. Going forward, when you are trained on a new process, the only date you fill in is the day you read the risk assessment. Your trainer will date when you have been trained and signed off. Just to reiterate and make sure no one panics - I will delete the old training dates since it's they're inaccurate. Since it's a new log and new system, it's fine to stay blank. When you get trained in the future, you date when you read the RA and your trainer dates when you were trained, so you only put one date. Let me know if you have any questions!
