They are now happy for a single daily check recorded in the user log, and will produce a new user log that would just include three columns - the date, adding a tick to say visual and audio checks were completed, and adding some initials. Each user would just need to check the log just to ensure the daily check has been formally completed - if it hasn't, then it can be done at that point (the first user that day gets to do it). Safety will amend the LEV 2 user form and share it with us soon, but we can continue to use the original version we already have in place and the only change will be moving to recording daily LEV checks instead of needing to record the checks each time the LEV is used by a different person.
