Hi all, The safety audit is occurring next Wednesday and as part of this we must show the auditor evidence of training and risk assessment compliance. I need to ensure the training record is up to date. Please can everyone go now and… 1) Open the training record (Training Record.xlsx<https://cf.sharepoint.com/:x:/r/teams/CELTIC/Shared%20Docume…) 2) Check that the risk assessment and training date for each of the procedures that you use is up to date. As a reminder all training and reading of the risk assessments must be refreshed every 3 years unless the procedure contains HF acid which require reviewing annually. If there are any questions please let me know ASAP.
