The safety audit is occurring next Wednesday and as part of this we must show the auditor evidence of training and risk assessment compliance. I need to ensure the training record is up to date. 

Please can everyone go now and…

1) Open the training record (Training Record.xlsx)

2) Check that the risk assessment and training date for each of the procedures that you use is up to date. As a reminder all training and reading of the risk assessments must be refreshed every 3 years unless the procedure contains HF acid which require reviewing annually.
