Dear Partners,
As part of the work carried out under Antifragicity WP3, we kindly invite you to
participate in a risk assessment survey. The purpose of this survey is to identify and
assess a wide range of urban mobility challenges—from everyday issues such as congestion,
accidents, and service interruptions to major disruptions including pandemics, extreme
climate events, and energy shocks.
These challenges not only affect the efficiency and safety of urban mobility systems but
also highlight the need for adaptive solutions capable of anticipating, absorbing, and
even benefiting from disruptions. By applying an extended Failure Mode and Effects
Analysis (FMEA), we aim to better understand and map these risks in support of building
more resilient, responsive, and antifragile urban mobility systems.
How to participate:
1. Download the attached Excel file.
2. Complete the template with your individual responses, considering as many relevant
risks as possible.
3. Return the completed file to me by replying directly to this email.
Please note that each partner organization is expected to provide at least three expert
responses, submitted individually.
The deadline for submitting your feedback is 10 December.
For your convenience, guidance on how to complete the template is provided within the
Excel file (row 2) as well as in the attached Word document.
For any further guidance or clarification, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you very much for your time and valuable contribution.
Best regards,
Maria
