Dear all,

This is a preliminary announcement of a meeting of the UK Metric Geometry & Analysis Network, taking place from Monday, 13 July, until Friday, 17 July, in Durham.  In particular, we are excited that we will have a number of speakers with expertise in metric geometry and analysis visiting from Japan.

More details will be provided in due course, but we felt it was important to announce the meeting already so that you can add it to your calendars.  We hope that as many of you as possible will be able to attend.  

There will be some funding available to help with the travel costs of network members, if necessary.  Moreover, we hope that we will be able to avail of Durham's on-campus housing, which should help to keep travel costs down.
