We need now to schedule our second SemanticLCA meeting. This will take the form of discrete WP oriented meetings where everyone will be invited to join and participate. Attendance of the whole day meeting will not be mandatory. WP Leaders will run each of their dedicated WP session.

Attendees: LIST: Enrico Benetto (EB), Sylvain Kubicki (SK), Antonino Marvuglia (AM), Annie Guerriero (AG), Marcos Da Silveira (MDS), Johannes Hermen (JH), Alexandru Tantar (AT), Tomas Navarrete (TN) - CU: Yacine Rezgui (YR), Thomas Beach (TB), Ioan Petri (IP), Ali Ghoroghi (AG), Jonathan Yeung (JY), Abdulrahman Fnais (AF).
Actions:
WP1: Contextualising LCA through Semantics
* Define a common analysis framework needed to initiate T1.1 and T1.2 (and linked to T2.1)(SK, IP then review by all others)(ASAP)
* Define the scope and methodology associated with the questionnaire survey (SK)(by end of June)
* Schedule an ad-hoc T1.1/T1.2 team meeting (end of June)
WP2: Delivering Realtime LCA
* Liaise with T1.1 (SK) - organize common meetings to ensure bi-direction exchange (end of June)
* Organize workshop to get common understanding of Semantic models and LCA (early July)
WP3: Minimizing life cycle impacts through actionable machine-learning
* Organise a workshop (or series of workshops) with the following objectives: LIST to present background to their work on LCA, CU to present background on CUSP, LIST to conduct workshop on their use of Brightway2 - short tutorials / knowledge of past projects, CU to present background on CUSP Semantics and past use of semantics.
WP4: Demonstrating and validating SemanticLCA on real case studies
* Involve the value chains associated with demo sites in both Belval and Cardiff (mid-July)
* Align sensing scopes, and possible equipment, across both sites (mid-July)
* Manage the infrastructures enabling local data collection, storage and prepare future access to data (linked to T1.3)(end of July)
Other Actions:
- Contact all stakeholders having signed a letter of Support in Luxembourg (all - by mid-July)
- Contact Aurélie de Boissieu to define a new contact person in Grimshaw (SK)(by end of June)
- Prepare first draft of Consortium Agreement (SK)(by end of June)
Can all WP leaders action the above planned meetings please. I suggest we use the SemanticLCA mailing list set-up by TB: semanticlca-project(a)cardiff.ac.uk<mailto:semanticlca-project@cardiff.ac.uk> so that to widen participation to all these meetings.
