We are conducting a study to understand how people compartmentalise work on digital devices. Imagine a situation where you're speaking with a client and get a message from your manager saying "Don't mention that the product is delayed!" In cases such as this, how is it that we can usually keep key information separate, but sometimes fail to do so (with potentially embarrassing consequences)? We are looking for participants to help us understand this question. The study will 2.5 hours in person. We will give you a £40 voucher on completion of the study. Depending on your performance in the experiment, we will also pay an additional £10 bonus, for a total of £50. This is the second stage of this study, so please only register your interest if you haven't already taken part in the first stage.
