Dear Tenants,
We are pleased to announce that the Board has approved the installation of
LED lighting throughout our building! This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to improve energy efficiency and reduce overall costs.
LED lighting offers numerous benefits, including:
Our team will ensure that the installation process is smooth and minimally
disruptive to your daily routine.
The works will be undertaken on a Thursday and Friday and the Contractors
can work while others are in the unit. The main electricity will not be turned off while the LED lights are being installed, however the lights will be turned off during installation. It is not our intention to cause disruption however some units are on a
RCD circuit and this works could trip all electricity

Please note that we estimate the installation will take approximately 2.5 hours per unit, with a maximum
of three units being serviced per day. This duration may vary depending on the number of occupants and the location of the light fittings. If your unit is scheduled last on a Thursday, the installation may extend into Friday.
I will be in touch as soon as I have a works schedule in place, the dates
will be organised on a first come first serve basis.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to enhance our
building's energy efficiency. Should you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
