Dear Tenants,
We are pleased to announce that the Board has approved the installation of LED lighting throughout our building! This upgrade is part of our ongoing efforts to improve energy efficiency and reduce overall costs.
LED lighting offers numerous benefits, including:
* Energy Efficiency: LED lights use significantly less energy compared to traditional lighting, which helps in reducing our building's overall energy consumption.
* Cost Savings: The reduction in energy usage will result in lower electricity bills, benefiting all tenants.
* Environmental Impact: By switching to LED lighting, we are taking a positive step towards sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.
Our team will ensure that the installation process is smooth and minimally disruptive to your daily routine.
The works will be undertaken on a Thursday and Friday and the Contractors can work while others are in the unit. The main electricity will not be turned off while the LED lights are being installed, however the lights will be turned off during installation. It is not our intention to cause disruption however some units are on a RCD circuit and this works could trip all electricity
To facilitate the installation of this work, please indicate your availability by ticking the appropriate dates in the table below:
