Hi all,

Marc seems to be banned from this mailing list so I’m going to pester you all about the Geochemistry Group Research in Progress meeting. Ive pasted Marcs email to you all below buts it’s really important we represent at these meetings. Please can we make an effort to attend en masse as a group. It’s an excellent opportunity to network and present your research in an informal setting.

Cheers,

Edward

Dear all,

Hope you are all doing well.

Just to let you know that the registration for the UK's foremost geochemistry meeting (GGRiP) have now opened. All kinds of geochemistry research and applications are welcome, not just geoscience.
It will take place in Durham this year from the 9th to the 11th of April. The CELTIC lab made quite a showing last year in Cambridge and we should try to do the same this year if at all possible. It's a great place for ECRs to present their work. It's really intended to be a place where people can present research that is in progress, not just finished and polished pieces of work.

So come and talk to your supervisors/us if you want to go. More details here: https://geochemistry.group/research-in-progress-meeting/

Cheers

Marc-Alban
