The Sartorius engineer will be in the school from Tuesday 24^th April to service all the balances.  It will take about an hour for each balance to be serviced so please allow this time when the engineer comes to the labs.  If a balance is in use when the engineer turns up, then a convenient time for the service can be arranged within the timescale of the visit.

 

Also, please make sure that the balances and balance areas are clean and tidy and free from any chemicals.
