Hi everyone,

The pump in -1.42A has failed. We had a leak but it’s fixed now and has been cleaned so the clean lab is still in-use. However, big alert – do not use the sinks! Estates has been notified and should hopefully fix it quickly but until then do not put anything down the sinks, do not use the DI water, and do not pour anything down the drains. I have put tape around it so you don’t forget.

If you do need DI water, just let us know – there are options.

I will keep everyone posted, and alert everyone as soon as it’s fixed.
