As Cardiff Innovation tenants you have access to a range of meeting rooms throughout the sbarc|spark building which are included in your tenancy but there are three other spaces that you may already be familiar with, which are available to hire at an additional cost.

Event Space (Ground floor Auditorium)
Board Room (Sixth Floor)
Function Room (Sixth Floor)

The charges for these spaces are effective from today and any new bookings will be chargeable based on our tenant costs sheet.

Please see attached Meeting Room Guide and Event Space Charges which gives guidance on the spaces and their charges, capacity in relation to room layout and any additional information you may need to consider.

Building Security and visitors

Just a reminder that sbarc|spark is a secure building and any external visitors must be signed in and out at reception and accompanied throughout the building at all times.

Please be aware of tailgaters when entering through the glass doors by the lift and glass doors at the top of the stairs to the first floor. We advise all staff and visitors to wear their lanyards for visibility.

Visitor Parking

If you require visitor parking for any meeting or event, please use the Tenant Enquiry Form to request this in advance of the visit. 72 hours’ notice is required where possible, to ensure reception can get this booked in for you.

Reception will consider up to 5 vehicles and to book this in you will need to provide following information:
