Hi All, Please be aware that the building will be locked down at 2.45pm today. You will be able to get in and exit the building through the 24hr doors at the front of the building but there will be no reception or building support. Merry Christmas to you all. Cardiff Innovations - Room Booking & Chargeable Spaces Information

Dear Tenants, Happy Friday! As Cardiff Innovation tenants you have access to a range of meeting rooms throughout the sbarc|spark building which are included in your tenancy but there are three other spaces that you may already be familiar with, which are available to hire at an additional cost. * Event Space (Ground floor Auditorium) * Board Room (Sixth Floor) * Function Room (Sixth Floor) The charges for these spaces are effective from today and any new bookings will be chargeable based on our tenant costs sheet. Please see attached Meeting Room Guide and Event Space Charges which gives guidance on the spaces and their charges, capacity in relation to room layout and any additional information you may need to consider. If you would like to book any of the three chargeable rooms, please fill out the Tenant Enquiry Form<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.off…> so the team can check availability: In the additional comments section, please ensure to include: * Event Title: * Event details: * Room layout requirements: Building Security and visitors Just a reminder that sbarc|spark is a secure building and any external visitors must be signed in and out at reception and accompanied throughout the building at all times. Please be aware of tailgaters when entering through the glass doors by the lift and glass doors at the top of the stairs to the first floor. We advise all staff and visitors to wear their lanyards for visibility. Visitor Parking If you require visitor parking for any meeting or event, please use the Tenant Enquiry Form<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fforms.off…> to request this in advance of the visit. 72 hours' notice is required where possible, to ensure reception can get this booked in for you. Out of Hours Policy - Cardiff Innovation Tenants

Dear All, Please see the attached out of hours policy for all tenants wishing to work outside of the 8am to 6pm building hours. Please let sbarcinnovations(a)cardiff.ac.uk<mailto:sbarcinnovations@cardiff.ac.uk> know if you intend to stay late or work on weekends so we can notify security. For tenants who work out of hours we suggest adding the security control room number to your phone in case of emergencies (029 2087 4444). It is worth noting that if for any reason the main out of hours door fails, there is an alternative exit via the bike storage. If you are unsure on where this is, please let any of the team know and we will be happy to show you. If anyone has any questions/queries on the above, please let us know.
