Dear All,
Please see the attached out of hours policy for all tenants wishing to work
outside of the 8am to 6pm building hours.
Please let sbarcinnovations@cardiff.ac.uk know if you intend to stay late or work on weekends so we can notify security.
For tenants who work out of hours we suggest adding the security control room number to your phone in case of emergencies (029 2087 4444).
It is worth noting that if for any reason the main out of hours door fails, there is an alternative exit via the bike storage. If you are unsure on where this is, please let any of the team know and we will be happy to show you.
