Dear Partners, I am writing to share with you a suggestion for how we might run our General Assembly in Bratislava (10-11 December 2025). We would like to propose a CO-CREATIVE WORKING SESSION approach instead of TRADITIONAL PRESENTATIONS. Our goal is to leave Bratislava with concrete outcomes and clear paths forward on key deliverables. In the suggested format, everyone will be actively involved in discussions. It means we will work in small groups around tables e.g. in session of WP2 - ONTOLOGY, we discuss requirements, competency questions to develop first skeleton of the ontology. So we suggest a brief slides to set context before each working session and clearly state: Where we are + What we want to achieve. It's essential that we are all committed to the work if we want to successfully complete the project. Our first EU review meeting is in less than a year. Thank you.
