Dear all,
Thank you very much for participating in today’s meeting.
As discussed, we are planning to establish bi-weekly WP5 meetings, likely starting from the week of 9–13 March.
The link to the Doodle poll: https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdoodle.co…
Please note that the dates indicated in the poll refer to next week only for technical reasons, as a reference point. The purpose is to identify the most convenient day of the week and time slot for our recurring bi-weekly meetings.
Please complete the poll at your earliest convenience.
In addition, Cardiff and ETH, could you please let us know who would prefer to present their platform first? The other partner can then present during the following meeting.
Thank you in advance.
I wish you all a great weekend!
Best regards,
Katerina

Dear Bratislava team, AUTH team (Larissa and Thessaloniki pilots), and Odesa team,
Following my email to all partners a couple of weeks ago, I have received responses from ETH Zurich, Cardiff University, and DEMO confirming they require pilot city data for their work packages.
* Transport network data and topology
* OD matrices (origin-destination patterns)
* Traffic flows and congestion data
* Public transport networks
*
Infrastructure data (SUMO/GIS compatible)
*
VISUM model files (for conversion to SUMO)
Please proceed with the necessary data sharing agreements/licensing processes for these three organizations to access data from your respective cities. If I receive additional requests from other partners, I will share them with you immediately.
This is in preparation for WP6 (Validation & Testing) which will be starting soon.
Thank you.
Best wishes,
Ali

Dear All,
Following our meeting discussion on 27 February regarding data management, please note that the DMP_AntifragiCity.xlsx file is located in our shared folder "1 - Project Management".
Please update the DMP whenever you acquire or process new datasets for the project. This includes:
* New data from pilot cities (Bratislava, Larissa, Thessaloniki, Odesa)
* Hospital data (e.g., AHEPA Thessaloniki patient records)
* Traffic and mobility data
* Survey responses
* Any other project-related data
Important: As discussed, when data is transferred to consortium partners (not accessed via API), this constitutes data processing under GDPR and must be documented in the DMP, including:
* Data source
* Type of data
* Storage location
* Anonymization/safeguards applied
* Purpose of processing
Please update the file as soon as new data becomes available.
Thank you.
Best wishes,
Ali
