Dear All,
Following discussions at our Executive Board meeting and last Friday's session, we would like to find a meeting time that works for all partners.
Currently, our weekly All WPs Progress Review meetings are held on Fridays at 12:30 UK time. However, we've noticed that some partners, particularly Larissa, have not been able to attend any of our weekly meetings or General Assemblies. We want to ensure that all partners can participate regularly, so we're checking whether a different day or time would improve attendance across the consortium.
Important: Please complete BOTH Doodle links
Due to Doodle's free version limitations, I've had to create two separate polls to cover all weekdays. Please complete both:
Link 1: [Doodle link 1 - covering Monday/Tuesday/partially Wednesday]
https://doodle.com/group-poll/participate/aAXoXVze<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdoodle.co…>
Link 2: [Doodle link 2 - covering partially Wednesday/Thursday/Friday]
https://doodle.com/group-poll/participate/e3rvrWrd<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdoodle.co…>
- Please check BOTH links and select all time slots that work for you (- Focus ONLY on the days of the week and times of day)
- IGNORE the specific dates shown - they are placeholder dates only
- Select as many options as possible to give us flexibility in finding a common slot
Your input is important to ensure we can all work together effectively. Please complete both polls by 27 March, so we can implement a new schedule as soon as possible.
Thank you.
Best wishes,
Ali

Dear partners,
I noticed that the presenters from the last General Assembly have not yet uploaded their PowerPoint presentations and related materials to the shared folder for GA Bratislava (10–11 December 2025).
Could you please save your presentation files there, as they may be useful for many of the partners?
Many thanks for your cooperation.
Best wishes,
