Dear Partners,
As part of the work carried out under Antifragicity WP3, we kindly invite you to participate in a risk assessment survey. The purpose of this survey is to identify and assess a wide range of urban mobility challenges—from everyday issues such as congestion, accidents, and service interruptions to major disruptions including pandemics, extreme climate events, and energy shocks.
These challenges not only affect the efficiency and safety of urban mobility systems but also highlight the need for adaptive solutions capable of anticipating, absorbing, and even benefiting from disruptions. By applying an extended Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), we aim to better understand and map these risks in support of building more resilient, responsive, and antifragile urban mobility systems.
How to participate:
1. Download the attached Excel file.
2. Complete the template with your individual responses, considering as many relevant risks as possible.
3. Return the completed file to me by replying directly to this email.
Please note that each partner organization is expected to provide at least three expert responses, submitted individually.
The deadline for submitting your feedback is 10 December.
For your convenience, guidance on how to complete the template is provided within the Excel file (row 2) as well as in the attached Word document.
For any further guidance or clarification, please feel free to contact me.
Thank you very much for your time and valuable contribution.
Best regards,
Maria

Dear All,
Thank you for the productive General Assembly in Bratislava last week. We hope you all had safe journeys home.
From the Cardiff side, we appreciate everyone's engagement and contributions. The meeting went well, and we made good progress across work packages.
Main Outcomes & Urgent Actions Needed:
1. FMEA Risk Assessment (Nancy – Task 3.3) Please complete the Excel file for Failure Mode Effects Analysis by December 20th. This individual exercise is critical for Tasks 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5, and will inform scenario design across work packages.
2. Delphi Consultation (Cristina) We need responses from external experts. The first round launches first week of January, with Rounds 2-3 following immediately to meet the end of February deadline. If you' have a referee for experts who haven't responded, please encourage them to confirm participation.
3. KPI Survey (Nancy – Task 2.7) Academic partners: Please reach out to your local authorities for real-world KPI data by December 20th. We need practical insights, not just project intentions.
4. Stakeholders for T3.2 (Ali) Please provide stakeholder contacts for the participatory vulnerability analysis.
We understand this is the Christmas period, but without sufficient feedback by these deadlines, our deliverables (D2.5 Due end of January, D3.2 due end February, D2.4 due end February) will be significantly weakened. More importantly, these tasks form the foundation for all subsequent work packages, weak inputs now will compromise the entire project's quality.
Best regards,
Ali

Dear Partners,
I am writing to share with you a suggestion for how we might run our General Assembly in Bratislava (10-11 December 2025).
We would like to propose a CO-CREATIVE WORKING SESSION approach instead of TRADITIONAL PRESENTATIONS. Our goal is to leave Bratislava with concrete outcomes and clear paths forward on key deliverables.
In the suggested format, everyone will be actively involved in discussions. It means we will work in small groups around tables e.g. in session of WP2 - ONTOLOGY, we discuss requirements, competency questions to develop first skeleton of the ontology.
So we suggest a brief slides to set context before each working session and clearly state: Where we are + What we want to achieve.
It's essential that we are all committed to the work if we want to successfully complete the project. Our first EU review meeting is in less than a year. Thank you.
Best regards,
Ali

Dear Partners,
Following our progress meeting today, I am writing to urgently request your attention to TWO critical Excel files that need to be completed BEFORE our General Assembly in Bratislava (10-11 December 2025). Both are essential for productive discussions during the GA.
EXCEL FILE 1: RISK ASSESSMENT SURVEY (WP3 - Tasks 3.2 & 3.3)
LOCATION: OneDrive shared folder This data is critical for Tasks 3.2 and 3.3 and will inform the Mobility Triage Handbook, as well as scenarios for WP4 and WP5.
EXCEL FILE 2: KPI SURVEY (WP2 - Task 2.7)
LOCATION: OneDrive shared folder → tasks folder → work package two → file name "KPI survey XLS"
Please send your completed response DIRECTLY to Anastazia via email: tzioutzi(a)office365.auth.gr
Demo sites (Larissa and Odessa), please respond as you are the actual practitioners. Research partners should also consult your city practitioners to provide as many diverse perspectives as possible. This data is essential for establishing our KPIs framework and will be discussed during the General Assembly.
Both Maria and Anastazia need time to process the responses before the General Assembly so we can have meaningful discussions and make progress on these critical deliverables.
Please prioritize completing both Excel files over the next few days. If you have any questions or difficulties accessing the files, please contact Maria or Anastazia directly.
Thank you
Best regards,
Ali
